About Me
There really isn't too much to tell. I'm originally from Mansfield,a small town in North Central Ohio. The one thing that Mansfield Ohio is famous for is the prison as it has been featured in several movies. The latest being The Shawshank Redemption. The prison is supposedly haunted and was investigated by Sci-fi channel's Ghosthunters.
I enjoy movies from a variety of generes. My favorits being horror and comedy. I like Asian artwork, but I don't really care for anime. There are, however, a couple of manga that I enjoy. I am more a fan of vintage anime and manga before it was so popular.
I also enjoy video games. I particularly like games that have realistic and detailed graphics. If I can't don't like the graphics or the story line, the game will not interest me for very long. Though I have played games on all of the more popular systems, I have yet to try online multiplayer games. I enjoy reading mainly graphic novels and comics. A couple of my favorite authors are H.P. Lovecraft and Philip K. Dick. I also like many of the movies which are based on their books.
In the past few years I have don a bit of traveling. I have been to the U.K., Canada, and Eastern Europe. I hope to eventually travel to Austrailia and Japan. My favorite part of my trip was my vist to Edinborough Scotland. I liked going through the old castles and the ghost tours. Toronto Canada is my second favorite place to visit.
I have been interested in art since I was very young and have drawn, painted, or sketched every day for as long as I can remember. I guess you could say that I have developed my own style over the years. I'm influenced by the art I see in the movies and other media. I really like the work of H.R. Geiger and hope to meet him someday.
Currently, I am enrolled in the Commercial Arts program at Butler Tech and will graduate in 2010. Though I nave considered several options, I plan to pursue a career in the movie industry either in special effects or make-up.
